I use Bytescribe software. Go to their website bytescribe.com They offer programs so the reports can be automatically printed at certain offices. Website never goes down, they have backups. Also if you just want to send files try Hightail, it is a HIPPA compliant link you can use to send and receive reports and voice files. Good luck to you! PS ~ the cost is based on what you need (for Bytescribe) so you can call them to find out. I think Transcription Gear offers a digital phone in system as well. My server transfers the phone dictation to a digital file and uploads to the server automatically.
