If you live in Texas like I do and have PTO you haven't used, you lose it. I missed out on the call today and someone from HR called me. She asked someone while I was on the phone with her and they said they didn't owe me anything for my PTO and I will lose it, according to Texas laws. They did say I would get an email today regarding severance package details, but still nothing yet. I asked my OM this morning for a heads up on what the call was over... told her it didn't make for a good night's sleep. She said, "Oh gosh, I have no idea what it is over. They just told us to send the invites." She ranks up there in the top 2 of the worst OMs I've ever had!
