I completely agree with the whole email thing. It is annoying and frustrating. I don't understand why you don't have a direct line to your instructor. Colleges have direct lines to instructors when learning online. It doesn't matter that you may not get an answer on the job the same day. When you are learning, you need to have quick answers.
