I got caught when I kept Fluency open without work. Eventually, it would close due to inactivity but then I'd open it back up. It also messes with your line count. Was put on PM for the discrepancies in Fluency and Workforce and low line count. Per HDSM, you log out of Fluency after 6 minutes of NJA. Check back if you want or use PTO. I usually find work a few times after signing out. It's better than being put on PM again. Can't find the documentation in InnerCircle but HDSM usually sends out NJA protocol once a month or so.
