No set schedule, just deadlines. The flexibility is what was appealing to me, as I have children at home full-time still. Super strict schedules just don't work for me! (I see they don't work for you either). My advice? Give it a shot. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work; but you don't know unless you try! I think you will find the work different and challenging but definitely doable and rewarding.
