I worked there for about a year. I found it brutal work. Don't get me wrong, I had a great provider, delightful in fact. But I really hated creating the work from scratch based on listening to his interactions with the patient. I also was not delighted to have to "query" him via email on a daily basis to fill in stuff he missed on PE, or forgot to give an x-ray impression, etc. Then there were a lot of "meetings" with team leads, etc. This was all paid time, of course, but way too much work for $10 an hour. Would much rather just do MT for that.
