How many hours - sm - Tink

Do you average per week? And do you have to give them a schedule/clock in or just work whenever as long as you meet your TAT?

Also, are your training hours scheduled? I saw the OP said he/she wasn't able to do the training at night. Is training 40 hours/week? Thank you so much for answering our questions!
