work here as an employee for $10/hr than work as an MT as an IC and giving most of my money to taxes. The people I have worked with at iScribes have been very pleasant and encouraging and it's the most pleasant work environment I have been in, in my 14 years of being a transcriptionist. I don't feel like a number here and I feel appreciated and valued as a teammate (as it should be). Yes, it is a lot of work for the amount of money but, imo, feeling appreciated and waking up in the morning looking forward to working, is worth its weight in gold. That is my honest opinion.
