Happened to me a week ago Monday. I was FINALLY taking a much needed shower and the phone rings. Of course, I did not hop out of the shower to answer. It rang a SECOND time, just a couple of seconds later. I called the office and found out it was an SOS call! I called back found out that it was an SOS call and told them it was my day off.
