The QA markers were completely off. Support seemed to be pretty familiar with hearing this issue. They cleared all the temp files, etc and then a reboot. Of course, I lost the entire report...but there were a lot of blanks due to the bad dictation, so it worked out ok. I noticed today (Monday) it came back for a few of the markers. I decided to just reinstall Fluency and it seemed to fix it. Still a pain in the rear.
