They are overwhelmed because they have made such outrageous promises to their clients, it is almost impossible to deliver. I love all the emails about TAT and then rake us over the coals about errors as well. What in the heck do they expect. They pay nothing, want everything and wonder why people are not adhering to their demands.
Horrible QA as well. I didn't realize we were writing the next great novel; I thought this was a documentation. Most hospitals have disclaimers now stating the report may not be totally accurate. We are accurate, but evidently that isn't enough for this company, which by the way, makes between 1 and 5 million a year, according to Glassdoor.
