style that causes everyone more work and problems all around.

Remember that when that phrase came into common use, the next new corporate buzzword for those of us working in house in a hospital system somewhere, of being "Held Accountable" for whatever you screwed up?

None of these A-holes are Held Accountable for their slop work and we are the ones punished for the results.

That's another reason I'm sick of MT and getting out.
