I think it is pretty apparent that it isn't a big issue of concern that Nuance know employees are angry and profoundly betrayed.
At this point, why would it matter? It isn't as if Nuance respected the employees enough to pay them what they owe them and pointedly avoided and ignored requests for pay owed.
You get back what you put into a relationship, and if Nuance and management is not respected on this board it is because they brought it on themselves.
This board is a direct reflection of the Nuance culture.
