With all your education and experience, it seems you should be able to find a better job than MT, but I know there is alot of age prejudice out there, so it can be very difficult. Wish you success with that and also hope the bonus and incentive comes thru from Nuance for all of you. Can't believe they can get away with that. Good luck!
