I noted the address on my pay stub when I was filling out DOL claim form - they want to know the bank of employer. I guess we put ADP? I have no idea by looking at the pay stub, but I did notice the Georgia address on the earnings statement, not Massachusetts.
Nuance Communications is probably huge, so I wonder if we address our communications to Lynn Gilley in Georgia office. Lord knows they won't tell us, will they.
