I have been in this industry for many years now both IC and as an employee. I have wondered lately if our industry needs a union. I believe a union is only as good as the people who are in it. We may benefit from a union. We are skilled labor who obviously cannot be replaced by bots. I think it's important to move forward with technology but we are still needed and barely squeaking by financially.
