Go ahead and call me a brown-noser or whatever, but I normally did work OT when possible to help out, and pad the paycheck a bit. With the incentives 1.5x and 2x, I worked until my fingers could barely move (not an exaggeration) or got a head from staring at the screen for so long because the extra pay seemed worth it. NO MORE OT! DONE with this company. Feel so stupid for actually believing their lies and not reading between the lines of TSM's incentive info. It has been a looong time since I have been this angry. You screwed up big time, Nuance. FIX THIS!
