If your pay is not received on time and reflecting your time accurately go to Dept of Labor and report.
I have seen this happen with companies before and I know a bankruptcy exit strategy when I see it. File your DOL claim ASAP the moment your pay is not received or is incorrect.
HR is NOT your friend in this matter.
