How on earth did you even get through to Tech Serv last week. But kudos, great job. I sat on the phone for 20 min then gave up, and that was during down time with no jobs. i had stuff to do if I wasn't going to work. Plus I know they are busy with bigger fish to fry. I should probably try this today before I start work tomorrow. Was so hoping Escription would be back up. Even if I have to try another account, at least I'd have some normal back.
