For our Transcription clients who are on BeyondText or iChart Hosted Solutions (meaning: no on-premise dictation server), we recommend that your physicians re-dictate for at least the 48 hour period before the incident at Nuance and for such other cases that you deem critical. All customers should follow the down time process established at their institution.
