as the pay for the first 8 hours...so those that stick to their part time schedules will still be paid production pay of time and a half, but will not be reaching for the double time being paid out for production past the 8 hour mark. However, part timers ARE approved to try for the $1000 incentive pay as they have opened that up to everyone cleared to work regardless of their shifts. This is what I have been told anyway.
