when there is no work. We are reverting back to the pay of PTO when there is no work.
So, to reiterate, if there is work and you choose to work, it is time and a half 8 hours per day and double time 8+ hours a day, $1000 bonus for five 8-hour days in a row.
But when there is no work, you are not NOT being paid. Since it is still due to the system being kaput, you are getting PTO.
Keep track of your time worked and time OOW.
