Of course this was back 8-9 years ago and it was only 3 days. Dictators were however able to dictate into the system and there was a ton waiting for us when the system was back up.
You are correct. Nuance cannot keep paying their employees and losing their business to the competitor. Plus think about the HIPAA fines they will get charged with if it ever comes out that records were stolen and they didn't do anything about it. Do they not take the same HIPPA training they make their employees take? All I can say is you get what you pay for. You want cheap Indian IT this is what happens.
