Do you look under "Nuance Transcription Services" - or just "Nuance" SM

If you look under "Nuance Transcription Services" you will see the vast majority of reviews are negative. I have no doubt that the higher ups (maybe even the OMs) are compensated WAY better than MLS, and that just makes me SICK!
