What gets me about the comment is that if no blanks is ever to be an achievable goal, the dictators will have to change their habits drastically. The dictators would need to correctly pronounce medications, ensure doses stated are accurate, read off laboratories more clearly, find quiet places to dictate, speak into the phone, etc. I have no problem leaving blanks as the majority of the team it is left because the dictator has not made the requisite effort to make the words decipherable or paid enough attention to what they are doing to get things correct.
