As per usual, they only invite so many people each time. Usually the whole thing is focused on the company as a whole, rarely anything about us, although there are usually questions submitted by the MTs that may or may not be addressed very well. This time, it was about us, and they mentioned the ACE employee program, the Quarterly rewards that replace the Spot awards.

Those are 2 other things I asked Noel about. I told him if I was not an ACE employee or had not received the Quarterly reward for production, I would not even know these things exist. I asked him how are these incentives if no one knows they even exist? We have had no communication about them, and I still don't even know the other 2 categories that are awarded on a quarterly basis.

At the end of the meeting, he said they wanted to be transparent about what and why they do things. It is in that light, that I told him this information is not even communicated to us.
