I transcribed the meeting somewhat to try and catch the high points, and those are things they will be looking at. I agree shouldn't take a "study" just do it!

I emailed Noel with some questions and comments after the meeting. He acknowledged he got my email and would get back to me, but hasn't yet.

One of the things I mentioned was the Fluency updates that slow us down, some that were added because the ILPs need them and we don't, etc. They said in the meeting there is a beta team of MTs that works with them on the updates to make sure things are working properly, and I told him it is not evident to us that anyone who works in the trenches everyday has any input at all, because some of the "enhancements" would not be put into play if they did. Also, that there are things that need to be fixed before they add any more, such as stopping on headings.

They did admit some of their "enhancements" had been a fail and they had to pull them back.

There is also going to be added to Fluency a way to give feedback directly, rather than going through Remedy to report problems.

I am just reporting what they said, I will be waiting along with everyone else to see what truly happens. I would imagine the meeting will be put on Inner Circle for people to listen to if they want. At least this one was relevant to us, and not just all about the wonderful sales team and all their "wins."
