It is good they are discussing it. But how hard is it? It should not be:

1) Here is your shift differential back, which we should never have taken away and isn't going to help anyone not working those shifts anyway.

2) Here is a Fluency upgrade designed mostly to help the ILPs and make Fluency more marketable, but many of which in actuality slow you down.

Poor audio should not be a problem and should take priority in technology upgrades.

3) Here is a mandatory LPH increase designed actually to help us hire fewer people and get more out of them.

Here is a cost of living increase for all US MTs, the amount to be determined based on your level of experience and level of skill, but all designed to reflect that doing this job does take skill to begin with.

Productivity should be awarded with bonuses and incentives because there are MTs who work more slowly but score highly on audits. Consistently high audit scores should be awarded with bonuses.

Accounts with a high percentage of ESLs/difficult dictators should pay more. Reports by difficult dictators should pay more.
