New Comp Plan - Yeah right!

When donkeys fly, that may happen. Again, lip service. That is all we get. Dangling the carrot, so more MTs won't quit. They want to keep experienced MTs, but aren't willing to pay for it, just lie to us. What a crock! This company so totally sucks I can't even begin to tell you how much I hate it. I worked for M*M for 8 years and the last 3 were total misery. I finally was let go, due to poor performance; line count and QA. I could have cared less. I applied for UE and spent 6 months on that and then found a job when I was ready. M*M can kiss my behind now. I wouldn't give them the time of day, much less anything else work wise.

For the MTs sake, I hope they do make some changes and if they do, please be the first to post it here, but I wouldn't be holding my breath! Good luck.
