losing my work over and over. They were getting paid for the work and I was losing out. It always froze on a long report, and usually after I had finished and was re-editing it. My last job was over 900 seconds and I was at 449 when it froze. I have finally decided that when it happens I do not clock back in on my time until I reach the amount of seconds I had in the report i lost. I can't recover the work because tech support usually uninstalls Fluency, and then reinstall it, causing any work I had done to be lost. The time it took I added to the time I was unable to work because of their program. At least I make a little bit (very little) of the money back that was lost when their system froze. I'm just hoping this time they have fixed the problem.
