that "when" Fiesa, QA or whomever finds fault with a "critical error," it is only on the side of Nuance. The patient's report DOES NOT get corrected and sent to the dictator as a corrected report, and this is coming straight from my TSM's email when I inquired about this. So, Nuance, riddle me this: If you are so concerned about "patient safety" and have no problem docking pay in a substantial amount for an "error", then why is the report NOT sent back to the dictator and part of the patient's record?? THIS, is going to be part of their downfall and I'm just waiting for Karma to rear her ugly head.
