If you quit or get fired, you will get whatever PTO you have paid out. I often talked with my manager about MM's atrocious behavior, and she tended to agree with it all and understood my need to vent. I never directed it at her and was polite, and we understood it was the upper management that was responsible. Again, she just seemed to totally agree but knew her hands were tied. I was fortunate to have a decent manager at the end of my 20-year MM career (it was CS). Hope you can get out soon as things will not be changing for the better with MM. Good luck!
