She was always fun to chat with and she would tell me the most unbelievable stories... crazy excuses people use to call in sick, or just not show up, all kinds of things. Pretty sure part of the reason we ended up with all the lousy metrics. Still a pet peeve, but I can kinda see how that didn't help. Anyway, I think my new HDSM would be fun to chat with too. Just haven't had a reason to call at a time when we both could talk a little longer.
