I work for the N and have been struggling with my quality. My new supervisor told me that her best MTs are pulling in 20+ dollars an hour consistently and that I can too if I improve my quality. So, for the last 2 weeks I have been reminding myself to FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS and I have had 100% audits lately. It is too soon to translate to a better paycheck because the audits used for the current paychecks are 2 weeks behind. But, I am hopeful that this will continue. Supervisor told me that the negative posts on this board are made by those who do not like Nuance, but if one ignores them and just concentrates and focuses, one can make good money. So there!!!
