I didn't know there were ACE (A Champion Employee) employees until I became one 2years ago. I was nominated by my HDSM, PC, and TSA for "stellar quality, flexibility in schedule, adherence to high standards of quality and concern for your accounts." My HDSM also mentioned to me because I never miss my schedule, never call in sick, etc.
I suppose the flexibility in schedule is because I work 4 hours Monday and 4 hours Saturday. Tuesday through Friday I do a 6-hour shift in the day and 2 hours in the evening, so I am all over the place.
I don't know if there is a set of certain criteria or if just contingent on nominations by HDSM and PC for someone they feel is deserving.
