I did tell them I was leaving but did not give 2 weeks notice, 1 week or even a day. I sent my email, finished out my shift and that was that. It wasn't any one bad week or bad QA, it was just an accumulation of being insulted and demeaned over time that finally reached a critical point. Good luck! I know you deserve better.
