I know, I had a whole afternoon on a Sunday where it was the same horrific dictator over and over. Silly me, I pended to QA because I thought it was responsible for patient care. DUMB, STUPID me - for the first time in my life I pended over 5% because adding insult to injury, there was so much OOW that week, it ended up being over 5%. 5.01 to be exact. Cost me big time. They don't really care about patient safety. If so, you'd be able to send ANY report for review. Ridiculous!
