we had a series of conference calls. Pretty much the bottom line on every call was nothing would change "for now."
That's pretty much it. Everything did eventually change.
All the changes were not bad, however. Some were good changes in my opinion.
Going from an IC to an employee was an adjustment but I still had my manager for a while and that made the adjustment easier.
Most of the accounts we had at the other company have "transitioned" elsewhere for the most part. A couple still remain.
The changes didn't take place for quite a while, a year maybe even. Good luck to all NEMT people.
