I've been gone from Nuance for almost 6 months now. I HATE that place. DO NOT hire in there, you will be sorry! They send a lot of work to India, so you will be out of work even if you have 3 or 4 accounts and they have a pay scale and you are punished for blanks and errors and they pick you apart and drop your line rate. I had the worst experience of my career at Nuance. I'd starve to death before I'd go back there. And don't bother going to Human Resources, they will side with your Team Mgr and not let you speak. Awful. I predict a class action suit against them in the future. If someone does it, I'm in.
