during office visit. He didn't know I was an MT. Just said something along the lines of. We use voice to text, sometimes it types weird stuff. Look over this and let me know if anything is wrong. There was, of course. This added about 15 mins to my visit (waiting for the note and then reading it). I'm sure I was billed for that. Lol. On top of that, when I checked my patient record online, the changes I indicated had not been made to the note. Go figure.
