I agree that doctors (specialists included) are often unprepared for their patient visits. The patient has to be prepared with the reasons for the visit. Otherwise, Lord help you. Now, much of the information is stored electronically, and doctors do not seem to bother looking at it. It must be too overwhelming for them. So much data, so little time.
