I think TPTB use convenience and turnaround to sweeten up the docs for the change. I think it's more about cost-cutting, but who want to admit being willing to accept poor quality patient reports to save $$? For one neurologist's take on Epic/Dragon, Google "Dr Grumpy" and check out his Twitter feeds for "Dear Dragon Dictate" posts - hilarious!
