At least 90% of the time I go to the doctor, be it for myself, one of my children or my significant other, I get the impression the healthcare provider hasn't read anything from any past visits. They generally seem completely clueless as to why I'm there and what is going on. This goes for primary care as well as specialists. And lol!! at that comment...some of the pronunciation I hear come out of providers' mouths (medical terms and meds), I would walk straight out of the office if I heard that while they were providing "care." Makes you wonder about med school these days.
