I haven't noticed anything different so far. This always happens to me if I don't keep the audio playing all day. If I use the arrow keys my inactive time is always 10-15 minutes or less for the whole shift. If I don't, it's 30-60 or more. Because that's how long I actually have to spend typing in cc's, Google searching, doing past report look-ups, name searches, proofreading, QA notes, and so on, all of which counts against my inactive time and none of which I get paid for. Huge pet peeve.
