On my accounts we can change the worktype to "cancelled dictation" or "dictation cancelled" I don't remember the exact title, so I just cancel and send it. It is cancelled but I get credit for the lines.
If I was on an account without that option, I would send it all transcribed just like you have it and put a QA note that the author wanted it cancelled.
I have done both, and have never heard back from anyone that I was wrong.
