Inactive time is one way to fail. Also reaching 165 lph is another way they can fail you. Schedule noncompliance even if you are just a few minutes off.
If you send too much to QA then you get in trouble for that. If you leave too many blanks then you get in trouble. If you guess you get into trouble.
I am sure they are thinking of other ways to make things harder than they already are.
