In my opinion, the one thing that makes it difficult or doable is the clarity of the dictation. If you have good research skills and the speaker is courteous and clear, it is quite possible to do well. I've found that I can spell an unknown term phonetically using simple online research and find it's correct spelling and details about the term or tool, etc. It does take extra time, though. So, if you have a ridiculous requirement for hourly line count, it could be a problem. Good luck.
