The audio has deteriorated since MQ was changed to MM (when the Indians took control). In the past, all the facilities I worked for had good audio, and they worked at keeping it that way. Supervisors addressed audio problems and personally contacted the bad dictators. They also trained the interns when they started. Even the owner of the local service I worked for maintained the same practice of ensuring the audio was good. Unfortunately, that little local service had to close because the Indians were able to undercut them so badly that he would not even be able to pay for the electricity or phone lines at those rates.
