There's a difference between defeatist mentality and reality. I've been around the block for many years in this industry and other medical-related industries. Without exception, when employees start complaining constantly about how terrible their job is, they are told to go elsewhere if they think they can find a better deal, but coming to work b### every day is not an accepted practice.
Wake up, the best managers we had are no longer with the company. What is left are the sharks who do as they are told to hold onto their own jobs.
