I get so angry every time I have to enter anything other than date of service on the ADT. Yesterday, I had a report with 6 cc‘s that had to be manually entered along with addresses and phone numbers.
Their statement that they do not have a way to count ADT and cc entries is mostly false. Sylcount can count everything, but they would rather reinvent the wheel than pay someone for software that works. Their new wheel works as well as the rest of the current software they created.
